Job description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring MA licensure and 2+ years of ER experience.
Requirements
Active MA RN license required in hand at time of consideration (temp license accepted)
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
Responsibilities
Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
12-hour evening shift schedule (3p-3a or 7p-7a), 36 hours per week
13‑week assignment
Provide emergency nursing care within a fast‑paced ED environment
Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
Cannot have worked perm, travel, or per diem for any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility within the past 6 months
Required to pass Tele/ECG and medication competency testing
Required vaccinations include COVID (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
