Job description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ER/MedSurg position requiring a compact or IA RN license and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
Requirements
Active RN license (Iowa or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
BSN not required for this position
Responsibilities
Work in the ER/MedSurg unit of an acute care hospital
Uses MEDITECH EMR charting system
Day/Night rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts
36 guaranteed hours per week
Every 3rd weekend rotation required
Holiday rotation required
Provide emergency and med-surg nursing care within an acute care setting
Holiday coverage required as part of rotation schedule
