Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Progressive Care Unit role in Colorado. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and involves administering medications, educating patients and families, and performing focused reassessments.
You will support safe care transitions and handoffs to care plans. Shifts are 8 hours, totaling 40 hours per week, with opportunities for immediate placement.
