Job description
Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking an RN Home Health for a 13-week contract in Green Bay, WI. This travel/contract position welcomes local and traveler candidates, with 40-hour weeks and 8-hour shifts (days).
Requirements include ASN or BSN, RN license, OASIS and HCHB proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with personal auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement available for travel between patient homes.
