Job description
Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel/contract position in Wausau, WI. Accepting local and traveler candidates, 40 hours per week with 5 shifts Monday through Friday, and a guaranteed schedule.
Responsibilities include providing and coordinating care in patients' homes, developing care plans, educating patients and families, and performing case management with clinical oversight.
