Job description
Amergis is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver and document skilled one-on-one nursing care in home-based settings, following physician orders and an individualized care plan. Care is primarily in the patient’s home or a related setting, with potential to accompany patients to appointments.
Minimum requirements include RN licensure in the practicing state, graduation from an accredited nursing program, CPR if applicable, and compliance with health and regulatory requirements.
