Job description
Alliance Services, Inc. has a 13-week travel RN position in Wausau, WI for Intermediate Care. The role features 12-hour day shifts, guaranteed 36 hours per week, and requires ICU-level competencies with vent/trach experience.
Prior travel experience and WI RN license are required. EPIC charting knowledge is preferred. The unit is a 36-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care with telemetry, caring for a diverse patient population including sepsis, trauma, and post-surgical cases.
