Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring neuro experience and Trauma Level II background.
Details
Interventional Radiology unit within a hospital setting
Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
13-week assignment length
On-call requirements of 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
No floating required unless otherwise agreed upon during interview or offer
Requirements
Active RN license (Montana or Compact) required, though candidates may be submitted without a MT license initially
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with 1 year of ICU experience preferred
Neuro experience required
Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma Level I and teaching/community hospital experience preferred
Epic charting experience preferred
Cerner experience preferred
Experience with interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, chemoembolization, TIPS, carotid stenting, endovascular interventions, and vascular closure systems
Experience with procedural sedation monitoring, ACT interpretation, and dysrhythmia management
References required for consideration

Skills utilized include IV therapy, ventilator management, pressure ulcer assessment, and radiation/laser safety protocols
