American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Nurse Manager for Med/Surg with a minimum of 5 years of experience and an active CO or compact RN license.
Requirements
Active RN license (CO or compact) required
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience required
Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) background check required
Responsibilities
Medical/Surgical unit setting
Day shift schedule
13-week assignment
Responsible for supervision of patient care, nursing staff, and MS unit operations
Collaborates with leadership team to facilitate clinical operations, staff development, resource management, and quality improvement
Requires reliable personal transportation as the area lacks public transit
