Job description
American Traveler is hiring a Nursing Supervisor with an active MA RN license to provide hospital-wide administrative leadership and after-hours support.
Requirements
Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA preferred; some facilities require AHA only)
Minimum 1 year of experience required
Primary source verification of license and certifications required within 30 days of start date
Responsibilities
Nursing Supervisor role within Patient Care Services
Provides hospital-wide oversight and serves as onsite administrative resource after hours
36 hours per week on rotating shifts
Uses Epic for charting
Provides leadership and guidance to promote competence and excellence in patient and family care across the continuum
Serves as a key administrative support role within Patient Care Services
Flu vaccination required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Shared housing provided at no cost
Local candidates permitted if residing within 60 miles of Boston, at a reduced rate
Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
