Job description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Outpatient Clinic position at a Magnet-recognized teaching hospital, requiring CT or compact RN licensure and at least 1 year of experience.
Requirements
Active CT or compact RN license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
Epic EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
Outpatient Clinic setting within a Magnet-recognized teaching hospital with 186 staffed beds
Patient population includes urinary incontinence, BPH, kidney stones, bladder cancer, UTIs, and cystitis
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts starting at 0830 or 0930
Uses Epic EMR
Free parking available on-site
Flu vaccine required with no declinations accepted
COVID vaccine and booster required, with exemptions only for religious or medical reasons
Candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius to be eligible for travel rate unless local rate is arranged
Returning perm staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 2 years to be considered as a traveler
Facility can auto-approve up to 7 days of requested time off
