Job description
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Tyler, Texas. The role delivers high-quality patient care in Med Surg and telemetry units while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
You will work 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, starting 10/06/2026. Must have 1 year Med Surg/Tele RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification. NIHSS/ACLS preferred.
