Job description
TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry/Med Surg RN for a travel assignment in Springfield, VT. This position is a 13-week travel role with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, starting 11/01/2026.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience and relevant ACLS/BLS certifications. As a Tele Travel Nurse, you will monitor patients with telemetry equipment, interpret data, and take timely action to ensure patient safety.
