Job description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a rural West Texas hospital, requiring L&D experience and NRP certification.
Requirements
Active TX or compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Labor and delivery experience required - postpartum-only experience not accepted
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE
Intermediate fetal monitoring competency required
Responsibilities
Rural hospital setting handling approximately 30-40 deliveries per month
Must be able to care for antepartum, postpartum, and nursery patients in addition to L&D
OB circulator experience preferred
Night shift schedule from 7p-7a
13-week assignment
Provide comprehensive nursing care across L&D, antepartum, postpartum, and nursery units
Facility operates on a Sunday-Saturday work week
