Job description
TravelNurseSource is seeking a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse to join a Stevens Point, Wisconsin unit. This travel assignment offers nights, 3 days of 12 hours, and a 13-week contract with start date 10/5/2026.
The RN will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, ensure patient safety, and comply with facility policies. Wisconsin license required; BLS and ICU/Neuro ICU onboarding requirements apply.
