Job description

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role offers a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week across day and night shifts.

Requirements include ACLS, BLS, Cerner experience, and 1-2 years in Med Surg/Telemetry. Travel candidates beyond 50 miles preferred; local candidates not accepted.
