Job description
American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro Med-Surg Acute unit in Peoria, IL. Active IL license, BLS and NIHSS, level 1 trauma, and travel experience are required.
You will care for stroke, spine surgery, seizures, brain tumors, head injuries and more in a 54-bed unit with 12-hour day shifts. RNs titrate heparin drips, work with telemetry, EPIC EMR, and support 24/7 charge/house supervision.
