Job description
Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Direct Observation Unit in Wausau, Wisconsin. The 13-week contract features 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with 48 guaranteed hours per week and a potential for float to IMC/CTU as needed.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years of RN experience, EPIC charting proficiency, and a WI RN license with BLS/ACLS. NIHSS is highly preferred. Compensation includes weekly pay and a $500 contract completion bonus.
