Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a CVOR position in Irving, TX, requiring 2+ years of CVOR experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Details
Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
Patient ratio of 2:1
Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:30 AM-3:00 PM or Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 6:30 AM-5:00 PM
AM shift
On-call responsibilities required, including weekend on-call
Requirements
Active TX or compact RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
Must pass an EKG test upon starting the assignment
Two professional references required
Flu vaccination required with no exemptions granted
Additional Information
Navy scrub color required
Coordinates patient care delivery using the nursing process and BSWH professional practice model
Collaborates with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for the travel position
Local candidates within the radius are not accepted
Previous Baylor perm employees may have eligibility restrictions

Lodging: $170.00 x 7 days = $1,190
Meals & Incidentals: $68.00 x 7 days = $476
