Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a Travel Nurse RN in Orthopedics for a 13-week assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. The role requires 12-hour day shifts and involves care for orthopedic, neuro spine, and post-surgical patients.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in orthopedics, EPIC EHR experience, and a willingness to float to other medical-surgical units as needed. A tax-free stipend and travel accommodations are included.
