Job description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a PACU position requiring a SD or compact RN license and Cerner EMR experience.
Requirements
Active RN license (SD or Compact) required
Current BLS and relevant PACU certifications required
Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
Must meet minimum experience requirements for the PACU specialty
Responsibilities
Work in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) of a surgical hospital
Schedule of 4x10-hour shifts, 07:00-17:30, totaling 40 expected weekly hours
Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not permitted
Provide post-anesthesia recovery care to surgical patients
Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
Change of agency is not permitted once assigned to this facility
Returning permanent employees must obtain approval prior to consideration
