Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Rehabilitation Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 12, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an Inpatient Acute Rehab unit requiring 2 years of rehab nursing experience and an active MO or compact RN license. Details Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting across floors 1, 2, and Garden/Lower Level Specializes in care for stroke, brain/spinal-cord injury, amputation, multiple trauma, cancer, and complex orthopedic patients 81 private rooms with adult patient population aged 18 Patient ratios approximately 1:6-7 during day and 1:8 at night, with each nurse supported by a dedicated tech Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM Every other weekend requirement Floating required within 5 units: Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, and Spinal Cord Injury Uses Epic EHR system Requirements Active RN license in the State of Missouri or compact license BLS (CPR) certification required, AHA certifications required Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required RN certification/education required CRRN certification preferred Flexible, collaborative, and positive personality fit preferred Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time Additional Information Provide direct patient care within an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit specializing in stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury recovery Report to the Charge Nurse upon arrival each shift Black scrubs required along with agency-provided ID badge Report time is 6:30 PM with parking available in the garage (upper level or back two rows of lower level) Must comply with facility's seasonal influenza vaccination policy or provide an approved medical/religious exemption with required masking during flu season (November 1 - March 31) Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility Local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate American Traveler Job ID P- .
