American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Chesterfield, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Rehabilitation Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Aug 24, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a night-shift RN for an Inpatient Rehab unit requiring 2 years of rehab nursing experience and an active MO or compact RN license. Details Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting across 1st, 2nd, and Garden/Lower level floors Adult patient population (age 18) recovering from stroke, brain or spinal-cord injury, amputation, multiple trauma, cancer, and complex orthopedic conditions 81-bed unit with approximate patient ratios of 1:6-7 during day shift and 1:8 during night shift Each nurse is supported by a dedicated tech Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM Every other weekend required Float requirements within 5 units: Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, and Spinal Cord Injury Uses Epic EHR Requirements Active RN license in the State of Missouri or compact license BLS (CPR) certification required, AHA certifications required Minimum 2 years of rehab nursing experience required RN certificate/education required CRRN certification preferred Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Active Nursys/licensure verification required at time of consideration Additional Information Provide direct patient care within a comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation hospital known for stroke and brain injury programs Work alongside physicians, therapists, and specialists as part of a collaborative care team Flexible, collaborative, and positive demeanor preferred Black scrubs required along with agency-provided ID badge Report at 6:30 PM and ask for the Charge Nurse upon arrival Parking available in the garage (upper level or back two rows of lower level) Flu vaccination required, or an approved medical/religious exemption with masking during flu season Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time American Traveler Job ID P- .
