Job description
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana at Lutheran Hospital. This 13-week assignment runs 48 hours per week on nights.
Requirements include RN licensure with ACLS and BLS, 1–2 years of Med-Surg or Telemetry experience, and Cerner EMR proficiency. Block scheduling is accepted; travelers may float to other med-surg or telemetry units.
