Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN – Telemetry for a travel nursing assignment in Yeadon, Pennsylvania. This role requires clinical excellence and strong communication with physicians and the health care team to coordinate patient care.
You will work 36 hours weekly on 12-hour shifts, maintain infection prevention and safe medication practices, perform focused reassessments, escalate concerns as needed, and ensure high-quality patient care.
