Job description
American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Step-Down RN for a night shift position at a hospital, requiring at least 2 years of RN experience and NIH Stroke Certification.
Requirements
Active RN license (NC or Compact)
Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
NIH Stroke Certification required
Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in cardiac step-down or telemetry setting
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
US SSNs only; Canadian SSNs not accepted
Responsibilities
Cardiac Step-Down (Progressive Care/Telemetry) unit within a hospital setting
Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
Provide telemetry and step-down level nursing care to cardiac patients
Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
No local candidates will be considered
