Job description
American Traveler is hiring a Progressive Care Unit RN for a night shift assignment on an acuity-adaptable brain/spine unit requiring 2+ years of experience.
Requirements
Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
Current certifications: BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)
NIH Stroke Scale certification required
Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
Responsibilities
Acuity-adaptable brain/spine Progressive Care Unit setting
Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
13-week assignment length
Provide nursing care within an acuity-adaptable brain/spine care model
Must reside within a facility-specific radius to qualify for full travel pay rate
Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate based on radius rule
COVID vaccination is not required
Candidates should discuss assignment extensions with their manager approximately 45 days before the end date
