Job description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry position on the Neuro Unit requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications along with an SD or Compact RN license in hand.
Requirements
Active RN license (SD or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
Prior telemetry nursing experience required
No previous permanent employment with Avera or Sanford Health allowed
Responsibilities
Neuro Unit setting within a hospital environment
Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 36 hrs/week (NOC 19:00-07:30)
No on-call responsibilities
Required to work every other weekend
First to float when needed
Required to work assigned holidays
Provide telemetry nursing care to neurological patients
Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not permitted
