Description:
This position involves working in various settings including ICU, ER, MED-surg, and NICU.
The unit has a total of 330 beds with a patient ratio of 30.
Candidates will use equipment such as Draeger vents, Hamilton vents, V60s, and High Flow.
The patient population includes adult and neonatal patients.
Documentation will be done using Allscripts Sunrise.
The role requires performing various procedures such as nebulizers, vents, CPAP/BIPAP, and chest physiotherapy.
Candidates should possess mechanical skills.
The work environment emphasizes a strong patient experience.
Preferences for candidates include advanced skills in respiratory therapy.
