Qualifications:
Licensure/credentials as a Social Worker, with experience in schools or healthcare settings strongly preferred
Previous work supporting students with special needs/autism
Comfortable collaborating with education staff and families
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and mentor educational assistants
Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to a middle school student with severe autism/high needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans
Collaborate with teachers, educational assistants, and families to ensure holistic student success
Offer guidance and direction to an educational assistant
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all ethical, legal, and policy standards
