In this position, you'll be based at one school serving elementary students in grades K-5, working 2-3 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and managing a diverse caseload of 30-40 general and special education students. This exclusive in-person role is perfect for those seeking hands-on engagement and meaningful connections with students and staff.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current, fully certified School Social Work license/endorsement.
Experience with both general education (GE) and special education (SE) populations, preferably in a school setting.
Skilled in developing interventions and supports tailored to young learners.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct social-emotional support to K-5 students.
Develop and implement strategies for student success in both general and special education environments.
Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student care.
Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
