Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active state licensure as a School Social Worker (or ability to obtain before start)
Previous experience supporting students in middle or high school settings
Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and counseling
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and contribute to diverse teams
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive social-emotional support for high school students
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
Collaborate with faculty, parents, and community agencies to develop intervention strategies
Assist with crisis response and behavioral assessments
Support IEP and 504 plan implementation
