Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas
Experience in K-12 educational settings is preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Adaptability and enthusiasm for supporting diverse student caseloads
Responsibilities: Implement individualized speech and language therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs
Provide direct services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings as needed
Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
Communicate regularly with educators and families
Accommodate caseload preferences when possible
