Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active state licensure or eligibility in Illinois
Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and provide therapeutic interventions for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate on goal setting
Communicate progress and challenges to students, families, and educators
