Qualifications:

Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication challenges

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Maintain detailed records and progress reports

Consult with teachers and families to maximize student outcomes

Ensure compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
