Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Alaska
TYPE C Certification required
Previous experience in school-based OT practice preferred
Approximately 1,000 minutes of student contact per week required (about 16 hours)
In-person caseload only (no virtual/remote at this time)
Preference given to candidates with Alaska certification
Responsibilities: Deliver OT services as outlined in students' IEPs
Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and other professionals
Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
Adapt interventions to support student achievement and inclusion
Engage in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
