Job description
Amergis is seeking a School Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Elkins, WV. The provider will evaluate students and deliver and document therapy services following each plan of care, aligned with physician orders when required.
The role requires WV PT licensure, an accredited PT degree, and CPR certification, with a preference for 1 year of prior PT experience in an educational setting. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k).
