This position is nestled near the scenic setting of Lakeside, CA-a vibrant location that offers access to nature, a friendly community, and a pleasant climate. In this role, you'll be assigned to one elementary school and enjoy a well-defined, consistent schedule: 21 hours per week, working Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The structure lends itself to excellent work-life balance and allows you to immerse yourself in local culture during your downtime. You'll collaborate with a supportive educational team, engage with diverse student populations, and experience firsthand a variety of school-based practices and leadership approaches-an ideal setting for both personal and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Valid SLPA licensure
Prior school-based experience (REQUIRED)
Ready to start in October and commit to set hours and days
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services under SLP supervision
Support IEP implementation and student goals
Maintain documentation and communicate progress with educators
Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students
