This part-time position offers a small, manageable caseload with high school students in a collaborative, highly supportive setting. Qualifications:
Active SLP licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
Experience in school-based, healthcare, pediatric, or teletherapy SLP roles preferred
Comfort working with high school students
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to a small group of high school students, 1-2 days each week
Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
Track progress and adjust therapies for maximum student growth
