Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid Ohio SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Experience working in schools preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Willingness to adapt to varying caseload sizes and school assignments
Responsibilities: Deliver assessment and intervention services for students PreK-12 (exact age group and caseload to be determined)
Provide both in-person therapy four days per week and one hybrid/remote day (flexible scheduling)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
Develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate progress reports
Travel between assigned schools as needed based on final caseload determination
