Active Occupational Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred) from an accredited program
Medlivo Therapy Job ID # . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 35.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
