This role focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitative care to residents, supporting mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs. Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals and exercises.
Requirements:
