Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Westwood, New Jersey.

nnMinimum Requirements
n Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Jersey state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient, skilled nursing, or inpatient settings preferred. This requirement is client-specific and may be enforced.
Experience with orthopedic and neurological patient populations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to document in electronic medical records. Specific EMR experience may be required by the client.
Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing facility environment.
