We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a full-time Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Virginia Beach, Virginia . This post-acute rehab opportunity offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients while helping them improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional independence.
This is a great fit for a PT who enjoys working in a collaborative rehab environment and making a meaningful impact on patients’ recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders.
Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients.
Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, OT, SLP, and case management.
Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and home exercise programs.
Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
