We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Waldorf, Maryland . This post-acute rehab opportunity offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, transfers, and overall functional independence.
This is a great fit for a PT who enjoys working in a collaborative rehab environment and making a meaningful impact on patients throughout their recovery.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders.
Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex conditions.
Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with nursing staff, OT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
