Job description
Role: Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist
Responsibilities: Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in diverse settings, promoting optimal patient outcomes, and providing quality therapy services.
Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited institutions approved by the APTA; active state license; BLS certification may be required.

Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services in a SNF setting
Evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
