Role
Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist
Responsibilities
Assess and treat adult patients with post-acute and chronic conditions, focusing on mobility and functional restoration. Work independently and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements, and support patient recovery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active New Jersey PT license, and BLS certification. Experience in SNFs or long-term care settings preferred, with proficiency in restorative nursing and documentation systems. Prior travel experience is a plus.
Key Duties
Provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility, typically during daytime shifts, with scheduled hours of 36-40 per week. Contribute to patient recovery and functional improvement in a team-oriented environment.
