Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Larkspur, California.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Minimum of 1 year of experience required
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Proposed weekly schedule: M-F 8 hour days
Caseload: 7 patients maximum a day, 1 patient per hour, 1.5 hours for evaluations
Productivity expectations: 87%
Number of other therapists on staff: 4
EMR/Documentation system: NetHealth
