Job Summary:
Seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a skilled nursing/post-acute rehabilitation setting in Bryan, Ohio. The RT will provide respiratory care to residents requiring ongoing respiratory support and treatment.
Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory treatments and therapies according to established care plans
Monitor residents' respiratory status and response to treatment
Operate and monitor respiratory equipment
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing and medical staff
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
Follow facility respiratory care and infection-control protocols
