HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a Social Work Case Management for a travel job in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Must have:
Case Management experience
Midas/InterQual use
Licensed Masters
Nice to have:
Knowledge of area resources
NATE
Typical responsibilities:
Interviewing patients/families face-to-face
MDRs on each unit, every day
InterQual reviews on every patient; Observation reviews, DPEs, Discharge planning
Rotating Weekends, Sat & Sun, 8-4:30, No call
